Can You Provide Documents for signings?
The short answer? No. Notaries are not legally allowed to create or provide documents for a signing. No letters, power of attorney, title transfer- nothing. Our sole role is to confirm the identity of the signer(s).
Can I use a picture of my ID?
Unfortunately, in the state of California, a photo of your ID will not suffice as an adequate and or acceptable form of ID.
Do I have to be present to have my document notarized?
Not necessarily. This is a notarization process called California Proof of Execution By Subscribing Witness. What this requires is that the principal signer directs the subscribing witness to physically witness the principal signer signing the document. The subscribing witness then brings the document to the notary to be notarized. Please call if this is the case for your notary appointment. 559-212-4706
My document requires witnesses. Do you provide witnesses’?
Depending on the document, yes, I can provide witnesses. If the document requires the witnesses to know the signer, then providing witnesses will be the signer’s responsibility.

My notarized document was returned. Will you charge to correct it?
Mistakes do happen. Depending on the cause of the return of the document, if the mistake is mine, then no, there will be no fee. However, if the receiving party returns the document with no mistakes but only preferences in how a document is notarized, then yes. There will be a fee.
Do you have a physical location? An Office?
At this time, I only offer mobile services. I will meet you at any location you prefer. My service area includes Fresno, Madera, Kings, Kern, and Tulare Counties in California.
Why do I have to pay a travel/service fee?
As a mobile notary, I can provide convenience by providing door-to-door notary services. As it is a convenience I offer, my travel time and the cost is calculated as a travel fee.
